This page covers cancelling your subscription, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, and when refunds are (and aren't) issued. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Cancelling anytime
Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click, no retention flow, no exit interview. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There's no early-termination fee on monthly plans.
Your EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. For a first-time subscription, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full.
Note on digital content: under Article 16(m) of the Directive, this withdrawal right ends early if you explicitly consent to start using the service immediately and acknowledge you'll lose the right to withdraw once you do. During checkout we ask for that consent separately — if you didn't give it, the full 14-day window applies even if you've already started your trial.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial — no card, no email and no account required on the website to start it. Nothing is ever charged during the trial, so there's nothing to refund: a payment link only appears inside the app once your 3 days are up, and if you never use it, the trial simply lapses with no charge.
Renewals after the trial or first term
Once you're on a paid renewal (month 2 onward, or a yearly renewal), charges are final except where required otherwise by law. If a renewal charge was a genuine mistake — you cancelled and were still billed, or you were double-charged — contact support and we'll fix it within 5 business days.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted yearly rate. Outside the EU withdrawal window described above, annual payments are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can still cancel auto-renewal at any time so the plan simply doesn't renew next year.
Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we resolve the large majority of billing issues within a day, and a chargeback can temporarily suspend your workspace while it's investigated.
