How credits work
Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance (Starter 600, Pro 1,600, Ultra 4,800). Text generation costs a small fraction of a credit per response; image, voice, video and music generation cost more depending on the model. You can see the exact cost before running anything heavier than a text prompt.
Upgrading
Upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. The new plan applies immediately, you're charged a prorated difference for the rest of the current cycle, and your credit allowance increases right away — no waiting for the next renewal.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's features until you've paid through the period. Unused Pro/Ultra rollover credits carry over once, then expire under the new plan's rollover rules.
Monthly vs. yearly billing
Yearly billing is paid upfront at a 20% discount versus paying monthly for 12 months. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time; switching from yearly back to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
Top-up credits
If you hit your monthly limit, buy top-up credits anytime ($10 = 400 credits) instead of upgrading a whole tier. You can also set a soft cap so jobs pause instead of consuming a top-up automatically.
Invoices and VAT
Invoices are available anytime from Settings → Billing → Invoices. For customers in the EU, VAT is calculated based on your billing country and shown separately on every invoice; business customers with a valid VAT ID can add it in Settings to have it reverse-charged where applicable.
